A plain-English guide to how TaleemPak enrolls a student's face once and verifies it before every exam — with privacy built in.
Face verification often sounds intimidating — surveillance, biometrics, data leaks. TaleemPak's implementation is deliberately narrow.
Enroll once, verify many
A student enrolls a single 128-dimension face embedding from their own webcam. The raw photo is discarded — only the mathematical vector is stored, and only inside the student's own institute tenant.
Verification, not identification
Before every exam the student takes a live snapshot; the system compares it to their stored embedding. It never scans them against a database of other people — this is 1:1 verification, not 1:N identification.
Institute-controlled
The institute admin can wipe any student's embedding on request. Nothing is shared across institutes and nothing leaves TaleemPak's servers.
