1.Definitions
“Solutionsgram” means Solutionsgram Pvt Ltd, the owner and developer of TaleemPak. “Institute” means a school, college, university or academy registered on the platform. “User” means any person with an account, including institute administrators, teachers, students and linked parents.
2.Who may register
Self-registration is limited to institutes. Individual students and teachers cannot open their own accounts; their access is created by their institute’s administrator. The person registering an institute confirms they are authorised to act for it. A new institute becomes active only after Solutionsgram approves the registration.
3.Institute responsibilities
- Keep account credentials confidential and remove access for staff who leave.
- Obtain any consent required from students and guardians before enabling camera-based proctoring or face verification.
- Ensure uploaded content — questions, images, notes and past papers — does not infringe copyright.
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
4.Exam integrity rules
Students attempting an exam agree to the following. Breaking these rules has automatic consequences.
- Exams must be attempted on a laptop or desktop computer. Phones are blocked, and tablets are blocked unless the institute has explicitly allowed them for that exam.
- The camera must stay on and the face must remain visible for exams that require verification.
- Switching tabs, leaving full screen, opening developer tools, screen sharing, copying, printing or using a second device is detected and logged.
- Only one person may be visible. A second face, a phone in frame, or a face that does not match the enrolment triggers an immediate violation.
- Warnings escalate: a yellow card is a recorded warning, a red card ends the attempt. A forced submission for suspected cheating is marked as failed and no certificate is issued.
- Impersonation — sitting an exam for another student — results in disqualification and may result in removal from the platform.
Proctoring evidence belongs to the institute. Solutionsgram provides the detection tools; the final academic decision in any dispute rests with the institute.
5.Subscriptions, pricing and billing
- Plans are priced in Pakistani Rupees and billed monthly or yearly per institute.
- Each plan carries limits on students, exams per month and AI question generation. Exceeding a limit requires an upgrade.
- The Free plan requires administrator approval only — no payment step and no coupon code.
- Paid plans are activated by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. You submit the transaction reference and receipt; activation follows verification, usually within one business day.
- Coupon codes are issued by Solutionsgram, apply to the plan stated on the coupon, and cannot be combined.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; an active paid period is never repriced mid-term.
6.Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Payments already made are non-refundable except where a payment was duplicated or taken in error, or where the platform was unavailable for a prolonged period attributable to us. Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the charge.
7.Suspension
An account may be suspended for non-payment, for attempts to breach platform security, for uploading unlawful content, or for systematic exam fraud. Where possible we give notice and a chance to correct the issue first. Academic records remain retrievable during suspension.
8.Certificates
Certificates are issued only for a passing score on a submitted attempt with no cheating-based forced submission. A certificate records the exam, the issuing institute, the score and a unique verification number. It certifies performance on that exam only. It is not a board qualification and is not issued by any government examination body. A certificate may be revoked by the institute if the underlying attempt is later found to be fraudulent.
9.Intellectual property
TaleemPak, its source code, design and brand belong to Solutionsgram Pvt Ltd. Questions, papers and materials created by an institute remain the property of that institute; you grant us only the licence needed to host, display and process them for you. AI-assisted questions are generated for your institute and must be reviewed by a teacher before use.
10.Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible. To the extent permitted by law, Solutionsgram’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the institute in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost teaching time, examination rescheduling costs or reputational harm.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
12.Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the platform and reflected in the date above. Continuing to use TaleemPak after a change means you accept the revised terms.
